About the Role:
We are searching for a talented and imaginative Storytelling Specialist to join our creative storytelling team. This role is designed for someone who is skilled in creating compelling narratives, messaging for companies and products and campaigns that engage diverse audiences and stakeholder groups. You will collaborate closely with our Strategy team to develop messaging and storylines that bring life to brand strategies and then work with our 360 Communications team to support them in bringing it to life across multiple mediums. a
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Insights: Conduct thorough research to underpin stories with factual accuracy and depth, incorporating data-driven insights where applicable.
- Narrative Development: Create and refine engaging narratives that align with strategic goals and brand voice.
- Content Development: Develop angles and storylines for multiple platforms across digital, print, and multimedia.
- Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content is grammatically correct, stylistically compelling, and on-brand.
- Collaborative Creation: Work closely with marketing, design, and 360 communications team to produce cohesive and integrated campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Proven experience in storytelling, creative writing, or content creation.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to produce clean, compelling, and well-researched content.
- Understanding of different storytelling forms and the ability to adapt narratives for various platforms.
- Excellent research skills, coupled with a strong grasp of emotional intelligence principles.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, in particular, Hubspot
- Basic knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with content creation.
- Experience with multimedia content production, such as video scripting or podcasting.
