Here at Bright Bee, 2018 has been a landmark year with incredible growth across our accounts and our team. We work with some of the most exciting emerging technologies and with clients who we build great relationships with and have fun with. In the last 12 months, we’ve welcomed a range of new clients, often beating larger agencies in competitive pitches.

We are recruiting for two senior people that can help us deliver on the Bright Bee culture – a supportive, fun, creative and entrepreneurial environment that builds people for success. Culture is everything to us and sits at the heart of enabling us to support our clients, meet and grow our business objectives, as well as help us develop the rest of the team. In particular, we are looking for account directors to come on board and help us in the next stage of our business as we grow our client base, establish additional specialisms and practices and expand our integrated service offering.

We’re looking for exceptional, experienced account directors with an entrepreneurial spirit. You must be willing to take a chance on an idea, always be looking for new, different, better ways of doing things and not be afraid to pick up the phone and build relationships. Passion for fun and results, alongside an unwavering eye for detail is critical. As is the ambition to help lead a team to success. You will be a key part of Bright Bee’s leadership.
