We protect the confidentiality of our clients at all time and promise to maintain the confidentiality.
We do this by only using PR tools that protect our client's confidentiality and adhere to the rigorous data privacy rules.
The AI tools we use are no different. We therefore do not enter confidential client information into free AI tools where our prompts or the data we upload could be compromised. We only use AI tools where this data is protected.
Transparency in Content Creation
We use AI to help us in the process of content creation. We've found it useful in content ideation, writing social media posts, writing meta data, and summarising long-form content.
However, we promise that no content will be sent to a client without first being checked and refined by a member of the team.
Commitment to Accuracy
If AI tools are used for the purposes of research then we will work to verify and confirm the details of information obtained from AI tools to confirm its accuracy.
Fair, Reliable, and Explainable AI
We promote diversity and inclusion by being aware of biases incorporated in AI-generated prompts and output, using diverse perspectives within the agency to review prompts and content created by generative AI tools to ensure no bias is overlooked or shared externally.
